An analysis of the factors that affect the dissociation of inclusion bodies and the refolding of endostatin under high pressure

► Factors that affect the refolding of endostatin under high pressure were studied. ► Inclusion bodies (IBS) produced at lower temperature present higher solubility. ► The IBs are dissociated at 2.4 kbar, but refolding occurs at 0.4 kbar. ► Sub-zero temperature in association to high pressure increase IBs dissociation.
