Quality of pathology reporting improved markedly Over the period, in parallel with adoption of standardised synoptic pathology reports. By 1999, recording 01 important prognostic inlormation was almost complete. Frequency 01 lavourable prognostic lactors generally increased over time, rellecting expected effects 01 mammo-graphic screening.
