Electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH on a glassy carbon electrode modified with MWCNT-Pd nanoparticles and poly 3,4-ethylenedioxypyrrole
چکیده انگلیسی
► Novel thiolated multiwall carbon nanotubes palladium nanoparticle [MWCNT-C(O)-S-pd] have been synthesized, and [MWCNT-C(O)-S-pd] denotes as MWCNTs-Pd in manuscript. ► The modified electrode denoted as PEDOP/MWCNTs-Pd/GCE prepared from poly-ethylenedioxypyrrole (PEDOP) was used for the electrochemical determination of NADH for the first time. ► The results show that PEDOP/MWCNTs-Pd nanoparticles have the promising potential as the basic unit of the electrochemical sensors for the detection of NADH. ► The proposed NADH biosensor exhibited a wide linear range from 1 μM to 13 mM, and a low detection limit of 0.18 μM.
