چکیده انگلیسی
► Two-phase flow patterns in axially rotating cans was simulated. ► Rotational speed (40 rpm) was a threshold for laminar-to-turbulent transition. ► Headspace shape and location were subject to change at higher rotational speeds. ► Can rotation was significant in terms of enhancing fluid mixing and heat transfer. ► Higher Coriolis - centrifugal buoyancy force ratio increased the heat transfer.
