Effect of culture conditions on producing and uptake hydrogen flux of biohydrogen fermentation by metabolic flux analysis method

► The metabolic flux analysis (MFA) models of hydrogen production of Klebsiella pneumoniae ECU-15 was constructed. ► The producing and uptake hydrogen flux was both included in the MFA models. ► The effect of the culture conditions on the metabolic flux distributions was estimated by MFA.
