Preparation of carbon black from rice husk by hydrolysis, carbonization and pyrolysis

► The novel route could digest waste biomass to produce usable carbon black. ► This route was achieved by the processes of hydrolysis, carbonization and pyrolysis. ► The samples obtained at different pyrolysis temperatures showed good characteristics compare to the commercial carbon black.
