Éthique et décret « CMR »

The regulatory texts on occupational exposure to cancerigenic, mutagenic, and toxic substances deleterious for reproduction require that the occupational physician attest that there is no contraindication to exposure to these substances, which implies that the physician be aware of genetic, behavioral and historical elements. Based on illustrative examples, we examine the advantages and disadvantages of this regulation in terms of medical ethics and risk reduction.
