Effects of tea polyphenol coating combined with ozone water washing on the storage quality of black sea bream (Sparus macrocephalus)

► Black sea bream were treated with ozone water washing and tea polyphenol coating. ► Its physicochemical, sensory, and bacteriological characteristics were analysed. ► Fish quality was increased and its shelf-life was extended after treatment.
