The optimisation of extraction of antioxidants from potato peel by pressurised liquids
چکیده انگلیسی
► Antioxidants from potato peels were extracted by Pressurised Liquid Extraction (PLE). ► Antioxidants from potato peels were extracted by conventional stirring and by heating. ► Pressurised Liquid Extraction conditions did not enhance extraction yields. ► Ethanolic extractions resulted in higher yields than methanolic extractions. ► Potato peel extracts could be used in the pharmaceutical industry, rather than food.
