Increasing Charge While Preserving Noncovalent Protein Complexes for ESI-MS

Increased multiple charging of native proteins and noncovalent protein complexes is observed in ESI mass spectra obtained from nondenaturing protein solutions containing m-nitrobenzyl alcohol.
