Low-Temperature Thermolysis Behavior of Tetramethyl- and Tetraethyldistibines

Decomposition mechanism of distibines was illustrated under near-CVD conditions. Intramolecular disproportionation reaction forms a deposition intermediate (stibinidine) that allows a clean and low-temperature path to form the Sb deposit.
