The Spontaneous Loss of Coherence Catastrophe in Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry

The SLCC is studied using FDM and reflects space-charge related magnetron expansion. The SLCC occurs when the magnetron and cyclotron radii are equal.
