Glioblastoma cell secretome: Analysis of three glioblastoma cell lines reveal 148 non-redundant proteins

► GBM Cell Secretome: Study represents identification of 148 non redundant proteins; many of them being extracellular or membrane origin. ► Comparison with 11 other cancer cell secretomes reveals 52 common proteins, 96 being unique to this study. ► Several of the proteins identified are tumor associated and potentially detectable in cerebrospinal fluid or plasma.
