Site occupancy determination for manganese in some spinel-type oxides by Kβ X-ray fluorescence spectra

Kβ X-ray fluorescence spectra of manganese oxides were observed using synchrotron radiation and a spectrometer. From the intensity data of Kβ′ satellite and Kβ5 lines the site occupancy between tetrahedral A and octahedral B, and the oxidation number of Mn in some spinel-type oxides were analyzed.
