Adamantyl carboxamides and acetamides as potent human 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 inhibitors

Series of adamantyl carboxamide and acetamide derivatives were identified, providing potent and selective inhibitors of the therapeutic target human 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1.
