Antiproliferative activity on human prostate carcinoma cell lines of new peptidomimetics containing the spiroazepinoindolinone scaffold

New peptidomimetics containing the spiroazepinoindolinone scaffold were synthesized. Their antiproliferative activity was tested on the DU-145 human prostatic carcinoma cell line showing an activity dependent on the stereochemistries. Docking studies indicated that the active peptidomimetic can bind the GHSR-1a receptor.
