Synthesis and evaluation of C-11, F-18 and I-125 small molecule radioligands for detecting oxytocin receptors

The oxytocin system has been implicated as being a modulator of social behavior patterns. A family of small molecule ligands and their radiolabeled analogues having potency for the oxytocin receptor were investigated for functionality in autoradiography and PET imaging.
