Cosmomycin C inhibits signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) pathways in MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cell

Cosmomycin C inhibited phosphorylation of STAT3 activity and down-regulated expression of STAT3 target genes. And cosmomycin C induced apoptosis of the cells by down regulation of STAT3 target genes.
