Affinity-based fluorogenic labeling of ATP-binding proteins with sequential photoactivatable cross-linkers

A specific illumination approach has been developed for identification of ATP-binding proteins by photochemical transfer of a coumarin using a tag-free tandem photoactivatable cross-linker.
