چکیده انگلیسی
A novel fluorescent probe for monitoring hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), DPPEA-HC, was developed by utilizing the fluorescence off/on switching mechanism, based on the on/off control of photoinduced electron transfer (PET). DPPEA-HC reacted with H2O2 to form the strongly-fluorescent DPPEA-HC oxide. Because of the high selectivity for H2O2 and the greater resistance to autoxidation, the probe is expected to be useful for the detection of H2O2 in cellular systems.
