Structure-based design of HSPA5 inhibitors: From peptide to small molecule inhibitors

By combined in silico screening and cancer viability and tumor cell inhibition assays, we identified a small-molecule compound HM03 with promising inhibitive activity and comparable binding mode with the tetra-peptide YZLP that was derived from a Dnak peptide inhibitor.
