Identification, synthesis and SAR of amino substituted pyrido[3,2b]pyrazinones as potent and selective PDE5 inhibitors

Lead-hopping of high throughput screening lead, 1, led to identification of a new potent series, 2, of PDE5 inhibitors. SAR and selectivity data for representatives of this new series are presented.
