A novel type of Si-containing poly(urethane-imide)s: synthesis, characterization and electrical properties

To characterize the modified polyimides and their films, TGA, FTIR, SEM and inherent viscosity analyses were carried out. The dielectrical properties were investigated by the frequency-capacitance method. Dielectric constant, dielectric breakdown strength, moisture uptake and solubility properties of the films were also investigated.
