The effects of nanofillers, stretching and recrystallization on microstructure, phase transformation and dielectric properties in PVDF nanocomposites

► Higher content of CNFs caused lower β-phase fraction and smaller grain size. ► Dielectric properties highly depended on phase conformation and dispersion of CNFs. ► AC conductivity was affected by the fraction of β-phase. ► Isothermal recrystallization reduced β-phase fraction, especially at high temperature.
