Controlled release of brefeldin A from electrospun PEG-PLLA nanofibers and their in vitro antitumor activity against HepG2 cells

► A controlled release system is prepared by electrospun PEG-PLLA fiber with BFA. ► BFA is well incorporated and dispersed uniformly in biodegradable PEG-PLLA fibers. ► BFA released from the fibers has an obvious inhibition activity against tumor cells.
