Annealing temperature dependence of the optical and structural properties of selenium-rich CdSe thin films

► CdSe is a promising semiconductor material for optoelectronics and photovoltaic devices. ► The stoichiometry of the films is expected to influence the electrical and optical properties of these films. ► Selenium rich CdSe (SR-CdSe) thin films were deposited by thermal evaporation. ► We study the effect of annealing on the structural and optical properties of SR-CdSe thin films.
