Titan global climate model: A new 3-dimensional version of the IPSL Titan GCM

► New 3-dimensional version of the IPSL GCM has been developed for Titan's atmosphere. ► Results similar to the IPSL 2D-CM confirm validity of its wave parameterization. ► Model suggests dynamical origin for detached haze observed equinox altitude change. ► Wave momentum transport in the troposphere appears significant in our simulations.
