On the aerodynamic redistribution of chondrite components in protoplanetary disks

► We revisit analytically the dynamics of chondrite components in the accretion disk. ► We highlight a “gas-solid decoupling parameter” S ≡ St/α. ► Non-matrix chondrite components had S < 1 when carbonaceous chondrites accreted. ► Refractory inclusions are genetically related to some chondrule precursors and matrix. ► Non-matrix chondrite components had S > 1 when non-carbonaceous chondrites accreted (later).
