This paper expresses a research issue about nurse's experience. Analyzing T2A introduction into hospitals, from interviews with nurses, it appears there are deep upheavals in the humanistic pattern of the hospital culture. Economic aspect is forwarded. Mainly, in the younger generation, which knows this only management. The hospitals are likely managed as any other enterprises. Everyday nurses' exercise, beyond pure description, reveals quality changes in the living of the practice. Interviews analysis aim to allow head nurses how to take account of the nurses' field experience.
