The aim of our study is to compare two models to analyze an ethical point of view the objectives of an Information System (IS) healthy as perceived by professionals who use. Our field survey was carried out using a questionnaire based on the four universalized ethical principles and environmental parameters to analyze the objectives of an IS. The first model (A) is based on an ethics consists of four ethical principles: autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice. While the second model (B) is based on an ethics of contingency accepted in search of meaning. The study focuses on 87 protagonists including designers of IS, administrative staff, doctors and paramedics of health facilities, and officials belonging to consulting firms, publishers of IS and hosting of medical data. The score ethics unit/100 was used to assess the ethical expectations of the actors. A mean score of all study participants was 78.3 against 78.7 for the B. Both models have no significant difference and their correlation is almost perfect. The application of our ethical model (A) analysis of the objectives of an IS is consistent results. This modeling based on four universalized ethical principles must be the tool of ethical evaluation reference for IS healthy. In putting forward this modeling ethical, our research aims to identify the elements required for the formation of IS integrating the fundamentals of ethics.
