چکیده انگلیسی
The autism therapeutic method of treatment, a topical and much debated problem since the publication in 2012Â of the HAS recommendations excluding psychoanalysis, brings to criticisms and questionings in the psychiatric field. Until then, two trends were indeed conflicting: the psychoanalytical approach and the cognitive behavioral approach. But before advocating such-and-such a way, it might be a good thing to think over the situation in ethical terms, putting back the patient and the nursing team, the main protagonists, at the center of our concern, thus showing the several representations that can be drawn from this reflexion. It's not so much the way as the end which is brought into play here: with which therapeutic intention do we take up autism. Through the experience of a Quebec specialized teacher who applied the Lovaas method with an autistic children, and then referring to documents taken from the psychoanalytical literature, this article examines under every angle and via an hermeneutic approach the interactions between the patient, the nursing team and the therapy, the mainstays of a method of treatment which would consider the autistic children in a holistic way and in his subjectivity.
