L'acceptation de la maladie grave, entre désir et illusion. Le rapport du désir à l'hallucinatoire

So that a patient accepts a grave disease, he must be able to represent his disease intellectually, but he must also be in position to believe in a possible cure. These beliefs nourish illusions within an inter-subjective space, between the patient and his family, spaces intermediate between his wishes and reality, spaces transitional with the acceptance of the disease.
