Santé psychiatrique : le principe de précaution est-il un principe éthique ?

Through the trans issues, we'll examine the use of the term “ethical” in the public protocols of sex change's publications in France, in order to observe the clinic of “transsexualism”. For that purpose, we'll study a protocol such as it is described by the very practitioners and submit it to an ethical interrogation concerning at the same time, the therapeutics and the principles with underlie it. We will also show that behind those terms, more probably hide in on hand a social and in the other a legal precautionary principle that a strong psychiatrisation comes to stabilize. In a context of tension between practitioners and users, we'll ask the following question: in psychiatric health, can a precautionary principle be an ethical principle?
