We approach the complexity of the medical decision to propose - or not - hematopoietic stem cell transplantation - only treatment susceptible to cure some haematological malignancies. The important risks of morbi-mortality inherent to this therapeutic procedure and its impact on patients' quality of life arouses ethical questionings which we try hard to discuss crossing perceptions of doctors and nurses involved in this treatment.
