Norme juridique française et vulnérabilité

Vulnerability is a very complex notion in philosophy as well as in medical or juridical fields because many people could be considered as vulnerable. We present in this article how French laws take into account this notion without any real definition even if doing harm or injuries to vulnerable people is more strongly punished.
