Consentement aux soins, nouveau défi dans le contexte de la mondialisation

The technological performances of the last decades facilitated the migratory movement with as, among others consequences, a concentration of several ethnic groups in the same geographical space. In the health sector, the professionals have to lavish, thus henceforth, not only care to customers of the diverse cultural previous history but also to interact daily with colleagues who have a cultural luggage different from theirs. In such an environment the decisions in the care must not be any more taken on the basis of the statistical analyses which carry to facilitate the majority groups but rather on the individual base which takes into account the cultural context of every customer, and the management of the care has to lean on a philosophy which considers the assent in the cares and the refusal of cares as inalienable rights.
