Conflits éthiques en Santé au Travail : quelques particularités de la réglementation française opposées à des difficultés pratiques de mises en œuvre

In occupational health, ethical issues arise from many situations: adaptations or job retention in case of health problems require the interaction of employers, employees and occupational physicians who deliver fit notes with major socio-professional consequences. Since 1946, occupational health regulation in France has undergone many changes. In 2012, a new reform of occupational medicine raised the issue of practices of people impacted by these changes. Thus, we sought to broach ethical dilemmas by reviewing real situations with a multidiscplinary approach, for the evolution of regulation has enhanced these issues in a tense economic climate.
