The author, while exposing the ethical reflection methodology elaborated within the CH where she exercises, proposes to question the function of a group of ethical reflection: Can it help the professionals of an establishment of health to think the effects of their practice on their posture of caregiver? Can it help them to channel their professional emotions? To elaborate their professional posture and to readjust them? Is the group of ethical reflection an institutional link? Can it put himself instead of an analysis of practices group? To reply to this question, the author proposes us to put in parallel the two methodologies having guided the creation of these two groups within the hospital center where she exercises. She invites us to the reflection around the place of the expression of the emotions in a health establishment. And she questions in how a group of ethical reflection could contain all these composing and constitute then a more adapted response to the caregivers' asks?
