Le contexte institutionnel de l'éthique clinique

This text holds that a clinical ethics approach has to pay attention in its development to the institutional dimension. This attention allows both a better clear-headed analysis of the links between singular experience and institution and an opening on the social and collective dimension of every institution. This text presents first the institution as a symbolic and imaginary form. It then provides details on institutional functioning and ends by proposing that clinical ethics should play a critical role within the institution.
