Differentiation of reprogrammed human adipose mesenchymal stem cells toward neural cells with defined transcription factors

- We constructed polycistronic plasmid carrying four reprogramming factor (OSKM).
- Human adipose mesenchymal stem cells were reprogrammed into iPS cells.
- ADSCs derived iPS cells switch to neural differentiation after induction.
- Neural differentiated cells had normal karyotypes and no insertion mutation.
- The method provides potential strategy for patient-specific neural cells therapy.
