Reprogramming of mouse fibroblasts into induced pluripotent stem cells with Nanog

► We previously reported the generation of iPSCs with Bmi-1 and Oct4. ► Here, we report that Nanog can replace Oct4 in generation of iPSCs. ► With Shh agonist, Nanog alone can reprogram somatic cells into iPSCs.
