Lepstospira interrogans shotgun phage display identified LigB as a heparin-binding protein

► LigB protein that was selected by screening a shotgun phage display library HSPG. ► F11 binds heparin. ► rLB-Ct binds to heparin and binds to fibroblasts, LLC-PK1 and VERO cells. ► rLB-Ct can be partially displaced by heparin from mammalian cells. ► LigB might be a heparin-binding protein.
