⺠We demonstrated that LIGHT enhanced TGF-β1-induced EMT. ⺠The cells that underwent EMT gained cell contractility, a mesenchymal cell property. ⺠LIGHT itself induces EMT, without TGF-β1. ⺠LIGHT induces EMT through an Erk1/2-dependent process.
