Human monoclonal antibodies to neutralize all dengue virus serotypes using lymphocytes from patients at acute phase of the secondary infection

► We prepared many human monoclonal antibodies against dengue virus. ► Most of the antibodies can neutralize four serotypes of dengue virus. ► The antibody preparation with lymphocytes from acute-phase patients was the first. ► The antibodies are useful to understand the dengue pathogenesis at acute phase. ► Some of the antibodies can be applied to develop therapeutic antibody.
