Two G-protein-coupled-receptor candidates, Cand2 and Cand7, are involved in Arabidopsis root growth mediated by the bacterial quorum-sensing signals N-acyl-homoserine lactones

► 3OC6-HSL or 3OC8-HSL can promote root elongation of Arabidopsis. ► Cand2 and Cand7 could be receptor of 3OC6-HSL or 3OC8-HSL. ► Cand2 and Cand7 might participate the regulation of root growth in plant.
