Creating a flexible multiple microRNA expression vector by linking precursor microRNAs

► Many biological processes have revealed dysregulation of many miRNAs in human diseases. ► To better understand collaborative miRNA interactions, we developed a simple platform to express several miRNAs from a single transcript using endogenous pre-miRNA sequences. ► This platform will be invaluable as a tool to study the complex and synergistic interactions of aberrantly expressed miRNAs in human diseases and their potential applications in gene therapy.
