Abnormal expression of ADAR1 isoforms in Chinese pediatric acute leukemias

► Study expression of RNA-editing enzyme ADAR1 isoforms in pediatric acute leukemia. ► The expression features of two isoforms (p110 and p150) were different. ► Over expression of p110 in B-ALL and decrease of p110 at CR stage. ► The expression of both p110 and p150 related to clinical risk grouping.
