Identification of blocker binding site in mouse TRESK by molecular modeling and mutational studies

► The reliable 3D structure for transmembrane region of mTRESK was successfully constructed. ► Reasonable blocker binding mode of the blockers with the protein was investigated. ► Key interacting residues were verified by experimental mutation study. ► Our study can provide very important structural knowledge of the protein including ligand binding information.
