► Differential sub-cellular (cytoplasmic) localization of pp32r1 compared to pp32. ► Up regulation of G1/S phase (50%) in pp32r1Y140H over expressing cells. ► Whole proteomic analysis (ICPL) identifies CHD4 as significantly dysregulated. ► CHD4 knockdown studies confirm the importance of CHD4, p21 and cyclinD1.
