Novel transmembrane protein 126A (TMEM126A) couples with CD137L reverse signals in myeloid cells

► The aim of this study was to elucidate the reverse signaling pathways of CD137 ligand in myeloid cells. ► We have novel findings that in mouse myeloid cells CD137L reverse signal-mediated cellular responses involve TMEM126A. ► This is the first study demonstrating a role of TMEM126A in the immune system.
